Rick was great in helping us find our forever home! We had a builder fall through and Rick helped us navigate a very tricky situation and it worked out great in the end. He was there every step of the way for us and was even super helpful after the purchase and closing. I would highly recommend Rick!

Where do I even begin! I used to work in the real estate field and while working in the field I met and formed relationships with an absurd amount of real estate agents. When I decided to purchase my first home there was never a doubt of who I wanted to represent me and guide me to home ownership. That was Rick. Without a doubt for even a second I knew I made the right choice. Rick made the entire process easy and left me with zero worry throughout the process. It is easy for me to say that the next time I buy a house I 1000% know who my realtor will be.

Rick was recommended to my parents by a friend and then to me by my parents, and for good reason. He was always very flexible and willing to go the extra mile for me, in addition it was very obvious that he knew everything he was doing during the process and could give me help when I asked and providing much appreciated insight without trying to push me into anything. If/When I get a new property, he will 100% be my go-to and the person I recommend to my friends in the future.

We are very happy with the knowledge and professionalism Rick presented while selling our condo. He was was very thorough in explaining everything to us and was available and prompt when answering our questions. We had an excellent experience with Rick as our realtor. We moved to Minnesota from out of state, and it was so important to have someone competent "on the ground" here in Minnesota as our home was being built - and Rick filled the bill perfectly. Rick was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the market and does extensive research on the market and houses available for the neighborhoods we searched houses. When we viewed houses, he knew the things to look for and things to point out. And I can't compliment his responsiveness enough - he always responded right away. He made the whole process very easy and stress free!

As first time home buyers we thought we would be overwhelmed by this process. Rick made sure that we were educated and in love with our home. His communication skills and availability were great! We had worked with Rick several years ago as buyers and sellers. When it came time for my parents to sell their last home, we didn't even consider working with anyone other than Rick. Rick maintained excellent communication with us throughout the process and went out of his way to ensure that everything went smoothly right up to the closing. We loved working with Rick. He was very professional, always responded to our needs whether by in-home visits, emails, or text messages. He gave us good counsel and advice on everything relating to selling the home: how to prepare the home for pictures and showings, what steps to take (inspections, certifications, tests), and when to do them. He knew the market and what to recommend for a sale price (initially). He adjusted the sale price before listing to a more current price. In the end, we had a good showing weekend, several offers, and he helped walk us through the offers to know what was the best and what was not as solid. There were negotiations that needed to be done with the buyers' lender, and he took care of those communications as needed. We felt like Rick represented our interests well, and he took care of our needs from start to finish. We can't imagine how the whole process could have been handled any better.

I had worked with Rick to purchase this home back in 2014 and had a wonderful first time home buying experience. So when it became time for us to sell, it was a no brainer on who my wife and I were going to work with to sell the property. Rick goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure that they fully understand each step of the buying/selling process. He is INCREDIBLY responsive to the point that I am not sure how he keeps everything straight! Somehow, he is able to manage all of his clients but at the same time make you feel as though you are the only group he is working with. Rick's knowledge of the real estate markets as well as his connections with others in the industry are endless. I would highly recommend Rick's services to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home in the Twin Cities market!

Rick originally assisted us when we built our house 29 years prior so it was a no-brainer whom we chose to sell our house. Rick's years of experience, knowledge of local real estate, and the current market enabled us to sell our home in less than 48 hours and for a price above what we were asking. There are not enough good things to say about Rick.

Rick taught us something new at every house we toured. And trust me there were a lot. Rick stood by our side as we searched to buy our first home for almost two years. Starting from our first interdiction I have and will always recommend Rick Theisen for residential real estate. Our last house he listed and sold in 10-days. Rick stays very knowledgeable with the current housing markets.

Rick is great! I interviewed other agents before Rick and all of them came back with a 5 minute review of what they thought my property was worth. In all other cases, they recommended selling between $100k and $110k. Rick did additional research and saw value where the others did not. We listed at $125k and got competing offers within three days of listing. We closed last Wednesday. We had several bumps in the road as we worked through the process, but he stayed on top of all of the possible actions and outcomes providing sound guidance at every turn. Rick is the best agent I have worked with to date and I wish he could help facilitate my next purchase in Arizona.

Rick not only helped us sell our home, he helped us buy our new home! He was helpful in pointing out potential issues with some of the homes we looked at. One of the homes was a short sale; he provided us good information as to what to expect when purchasing a short sale home. Rick also negotiated our counter offer to the owner's of the home we eventually purchased, and secured an acceptable price for us. Rick was very prompt in responding to phone calls, emails and text messages. Overall, the service we received was excellent.

Rick was awesome as he sold two houses for us and helped us find a new town home.The first house sold in two days and the second in less than two Months. We closed on our new home in less than two weeks after making the offer on it. We love Rick!
